Warehouse Worker
Skilled labour for loading, unloading, packing, and inventory handling.
What a Warehouse Worker does
A warehouse worker moves stock through the building: receiving and checking deliveries, putting away to location, picking and packing orders, and loading despatch. The role runs to a daily target, and mistakes surface as short deliveries to customers.
Day to day
- Receive, check, and book in incoming deliveries
- Put stock away to the correct location and record it
- Pick and pack customer orders against a pick list
- Load and unload vehicles safely
- Support stock counts and report damage or discrepancies
What we screen for
- Warehouse, logistics, or stores experience
- Physically fit for sustained manual handling
- Can read a pick list and record stock movements
- Forklift certification is an advantage
How we place them
Every placement runs through the same five steps, whatever the role.
- 1 Step 01
Employer submits a request with role, quantity, and requirements
- 2 Step 02
We shortlist pre-screened, trained candidates from our talent pool
- 3 Step 03
Candidates are interviewed and selected by the employer
- 4 Step 04
We handle documentation, visa processing, and travel logistics
- 5 Step 05
Workers are deployed and supported throughout their contract
