About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and set out the basis on which we provide recruitment services. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Where we agree a separate written recruitment agreement with an employer, that agreement governs the placement work and takes precedence over anything on this page.

Who we are

Gulf HR Services is a licensed manpower recruitment agency supplying skilled and unskilled workers from Bangladesh to employers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, review the workers we have available, read our articles, and contact us. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, or republish our content without written permission
• Use the contact or subscription forms to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site you are not authorised to reach
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or interferes with other people using it

We may withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.

The Available Workers directory

The workers shown in our directory are candidates on our roster. Their availability changes constantly, and a profile appearing on this site is not a guarantee that the person is still available, nor an offer to supply them.

Profiles are compiled from information candidates give us and from the checks we carry out. We take reasonable care to keep them accurate, but details such as availability, expected salary, and experience should be confirmed with us before you rely on them.

Reference codes shown against a profile are for enquiry purposes only.

Recruitment services

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. A recruitment engagement begins only when we have agreed scope, quantity, roles, and fees with you in writing.

Unless our written agreement says otherwise:

• Candidates are shortlisted against the requirements you give us, and final selection is yours
• We are responsible for screening, documentation, and mobilisation, not for a worker's performance once employed
• Timelines we give are estimates; visa, attestation, and government processing times are outside our control
• Fees, payment terms, and any replacement guarantee are as set out in that agreement

No fees are charged to workers

We do not charge candidates or workers a recruitment fee for placement. Our fees are paid by the employer. If anyone asks you to pay Gulf HR Services for a job placement, it is not us — please report it to us using the contact details below.

Employer responsibilities

Where we place workers with you, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate role requirements, salary, and contract terms
• Meeting the labour, wage, accommodation, and health-and-safety obligations of the destination country
• Issuing a written employment contract on the terms presented to the candidate
• Sponsorship, permits, and any residency formality that falls on the employer

We may end an engagement if we believe workers will not be treated in line with these obligations.

Candidate responsibilities

If you register with us as a candidate, you confirm that the information and documents you give us are genuine and belong to you. Submitting a forged certificate, an altered document, or another person's identity ends your registration immediately and may be reported to the authorities.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos, and design of this site belong to Gulf HR Services or are used with permission. The name and logo may not be used without our written consent.

Articles on this site are published for general information. They are not legal, immigration, or employment advice, and rules in the destination country change — check the current position before acting on anything you read here.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation's website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Limits on our liability

We provide this website as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this website.

Our liability in connection with a recruitment engagement is as set out in the written agreement covering that engagement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top.
